These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of capvibe.shop and your purchase of products from CapVibe.

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use this website or make a purchase.

You may not use our website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

A violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of access to our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, limit quantities, or restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment disputes, abusive conduct, pricing errors, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms.

Website content may be transmitted through different networks and adapted to meet technical requirements. Payment information is encrypted during transmission through supported payment systems.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, photographs, materials, dimensions, and features accurately.

However, actual product colors may vary slightly depending on:

  • Screen settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Product manufacturing variations
  • Photography and image processing
  • Fabric, embroidery, or print placement

Measurements may also vary slightly due to manual measuring or manufacturing tolerances.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We may limit the quantity of a product available for purchase, discontinue a product, update a design, or modify product details without prior notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact the customer to offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Customers are responsible for providing valid billing and payment information. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

6. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

You are responsible for ensuring that your:

  • Name is correct
  • Email address is active
  • Telephone number is valid
  • Billing address is accurate
  • Shipping address is complete

CapVibe is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by inaccurate customer information.

7. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.

We may cancel or refuse an order because of:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Violation of these Terms

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

8. Personalized Products

Customers ordering personalized products are responsible for entering accurate names, initials, text, colors, and other customization details.

CapVibe is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. Personalized products may not be changed or cancelled after production has started.

We may refuse personalization requests that contain illegal, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

9. Shipping and Delivery

CapVibe provides free standard worldwide shipping.

Estimated delivery is generally 7–10 business days, although delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by customs inspections, severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, remote locations, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us within the stated return period and follow all return instructions. Sending a product back without authorization does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

11. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on the destination country, an order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or local fees.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by CapVibe.

Customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements of their country.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the CapVibe name, logos, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, design elements, and written materials, is owned by or licensed to CapVibe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

When you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, comment, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to submit it
  • It does not violate another person’s rights
  • It is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, or defamatory
